Agreement
By accessing or using the NestLyft website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. NestLyft is operated by NestLyft, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
Purpose of the site
The site provides information about our home repair programs and lets visitors apply for assistance, register as a contractor, donate, or contact us. The site is informational and does not, by itself, create any contract between you and NestLyft, a contractor, or any third party.
Eligibility and accurate information
You agree to provide accurate information when you contact us or apply for any program. Knowingly submitting false information may disqualify you from participation.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the site or our systems.
- Do not use the site to send unsolicited or unlawful communications.
- Do not copy or repurpose our content for commercial use without our written permission.
Donations
Donations to NestLyft are voluntary and, to the extent allowed by law, tax-deductible. Donations are processed through a third-party payment provider whose own terms apply to your transaction. Recurring donations continue until you cancel them by contacting us at info@nestlyft.org.
Contractors and homeowners
NestLyft coordinates introductions and program funding between homeowners and contractors. We are not the employer of the contractors and do not perform the repair work ourselves. Each project is governed by the agreement between the homeowner, the contractor, and any program documents the parties sign.
Intellectual property
The NestLyft name, logo, copy, illustrations, and photography are owned by NestLyft or our licensors. You may share links to the site, but please do not reproduce our content for other purposes without permission.
Third-party links
The site may link to other websites we don't operate. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, NestLyft disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, NestLyft and its directors, officers, employees, and volunteers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
